File Management (also known as Large File Management) is an optional CoreBridge feature that allows you to upload, store, and organize large files—such as high-resolution images, permits, or site photos—beyond the standard 500 MB art proof limit. This feature also enables customers to upload product-level files through the Customer Portal and access files you share with them. File permissions and accessibility are managed directly within the File Management interface. To add this feature to your system, please contact support@corebridge.net.
File Management allows you store files at the following levels inside CoreBridge:
- Product
- Order
- Customer

Product Level Files
To access File Management on the Product level, navigate to Sales Module / Orders and select the appropriate Order and Product.
1. Click Manage Order Product Files.
2. Select access for file before uploading.
3. Click Browse or drop files here to upload
Note: Click any stored file to download it to your device.
Note: Product level files are indicated by this icon found on the Order View Page.
Product Level Files in the Customer Portal
Your clients can access File Management by opening either an Estimate or Order.
a. Upload Files - This opens a window allowing the client to choose and upload a file. See example below.
b. Download Files - This opens a window listing their product files available to download. See example below.

Order Level Files
To access Order Level File Management, navigate to Sales Module / Orders and select the appropriate Order.
1. Click Notes & Files.
2. Click Manage Order Files.
3. Click Browse or drop files here to upload

Customer Level Files
Manage Customer Level files by navigating to Sales Module / Customers and selecting the appropriate Customer.
