The Time Clock screen allows users to record their work hours and review past entries. From here, you can Clock In or Out, view your history, ensure your time is accurately logged, and request changes if necessary.

Using the Time Clock
You can access the Time Clock at any time by clicking your username.
Click Clock In to start recording your time.
Note: Your supervisor may require you to specify the activity you're working on by selecting from the dropdown menu.
Once you click Clock In, your time entry will be logged here. Clicking Clock Out will record your time for that entry.
Note: Today's Entries will appear on this chart. Previous days will appear under Historical Entries below.
You can find Historical Entries by entering a date range to search, or by sorting the list below using the column headers in the menu bar.
Entry Note and Change Request
If there is an error on the timestamp, you can add an Entry Note with a Change Request which will allow a supervisor with access to the Users section of the Management Module to make any necessary adjustments to the Entires. For more information on how managers handle Change Requests, please see Manager Guide: Time Clock Adjustments & Activities.
Note: You can only add Entry Notes and Change Requests to Today's Entries.
You can also add an Entry Note with a Note Only if no adjustment is needed but you need to communicate something about the Time Entry.
Click Add under the Entry Note column of the entry you want to add a note to.
Select either Note Only or Change Request, enter the details, then click Save Entry Note.
