The Customer Portal Direct Link provides a simple and secure way for Customers to review and pay for their Orders online. When accessed, the link displays the Order Details along with the current Balance Due. From there, Customers can quickly make a payment using a credit card or eCheck, ensuring a convenient and efficient checkout process without needing to log in to the full Customer Portal.
Note: Credit card processing must first be integrated and activated in your system before payments can be accepted. If this setup is not complete, the Make a Payment button will not appear.

Payment Options
After clicking the link in the email you will see the available payment options:
- eCheck
- Credit Card
The Online Payment window will appear. Follow the instructions based on the window you see.
Fill in the necessary fields before clicking the Submit Payment.
