When will Corebridge offer a fully functional Customer Relationship Management component?

What constitutes a perfect CRM component is going to vary from company to company, but CoreBridge does actually have it's own CRM feature!

This feature provides a number of tools to help users interact with their customers:

  • Advanced categorization including customizable Job Authority and Contact Status fields.
  • A search and filter function to find the contact or contacts which suit your purpose.
  • An event system for salespeople to chart and schedule followup visits, calls, or emails.
If the above doesn't fulfill all of the criteria you're looking for, you're in luck! CoreBridge has other options!
