Enhancements / Changes / Fixes


  • Resolved a problem with the Customer import tool where it was attempting to validate phone number fields even when a phone number was blank which caused on-screen notifications to appear. 
  • Fixed an issue with an inability to save a Reconciliation when quotation marks " " were typed into the Reconciliation Notes field.
  • Fixed an issue where the Shipping Costs option within Mgmt Module > Global Settings > Services > XPS Integration Settings was not applying a default behavior if a selection had not been made. 
  • Modified New Part creation so that the parent size units will now default to the units specified on the pricing template. 
  • Changed the Cost column to only show 2 decimal places on the View Order Details page within an Order.
  • Corrected issue where inactive income accounts were appearing as choices when overriding the product setup during Order entry. 
  • Resolved problem where some users were receiving alerts when they were not assigned as the salesperson on Estimate/Orders. 


  • Adjusted report names for Sales by Billing Locale to make the summary, detail, and drill-down more clear. 
  • Clicking the Statement icon on a Customer record resulted in an error loading the statement report if you previously generated all statements from within the Reports Module.
  • Modified Unit Price on the Invoice to display 2 decimal places by default unless a 3rd or 4th decimal is necessary to equal the product total when multiplied by the product quantity.

Customer Portal

  • Added the ability to post payments on the Customer Portal via the Safari browser. 
  • Adjusted the Customer Portal to show the navigation links on the left side and Logout button at the top right when accessing the full customer portal immediately after accessing a direct portal link for an estimate or order.
  • Corrected an issue with Customer Portal links appearing as expired when the order is in the Completed status.
