I'm pretty new to this software so I'm still learning but I thought I'd check to see if there is an automated/simple way to notify customers using Corebridge that their order is finished?
Currently I'm just typing a separate email to let them know that their order is complete.
Under the Management module>Customers>Communication. Thats all the email templates. Go to the 'Order Built' template and make sure the send automatically checkbox is checked.

Thanks! I can't seem to find the communication settings, where is it located?
You can send emails to them automatically when the status changes to "Built" but they can only be sent automatically using the "Order Built" template in the communication settings.
