Is there a way to 'turn off' some of the required fields when setting up a new customer?
Mainly the address info. We find it's not really required for 80% of our customers.
We set up a customer portal as "Walk-In" this way people from off the street don;t need to have all the extra info added. It automatically adds our address in the listing. We just change the email and/or phone number as the ticket is written up.
