Enhancements / Refinements

  • Created an additional user permission setting that controls locking down the ability to edit orders.
This permission can be changed in the Management Module > Users > Specific User > Access Rights > Order/Estimate Permissions > Disable Edit Order.

  • Added New Estimate/Invoice Templates to display Product Level line-item taxes.
These templates can be selected in the Management Module > Customers > Statements.

    • Estimate with Line Item Taxes

    • Invoice with Line Item Taxes
Note: These templates should not be used if you are using any 3rd-party sales-tax integrations.

General Fixes / Issues

The issues below were resolved in this release.

  • Added a notification when attempting to complete an Accounting Sync of Customers without a defined Tax Group. The notification will clarify which customer does not have a tax group assigned and will skip to the next customer rather than stopping the sync process.
  • Adjusted CoreBridge to retain the Tax ID Number on a customer when marking the customer as Not Tax Exempt under Customers > Specific Customer > Settings > Tax Exempt. This is helpful for regions where the Tax ID number needs to be tracked even when a customer is not tax exempt.
  • Resolved an issue where the Queues would fail to load properly due to a duplicate queue prioritization.
  • Resolved a problem when using the Destinations where the addresses were not displaying or saving as expected when using a Pick-Up Address.
  • Corrected an issue that was preventing users from stopping the Job Activity clock in the Design Module.
