Enhancements / Refinements
Created an additional user permission setting that controls locking down the ability to edit orders.
This permission can be changed in the Management Module > Users > Specific User > Access Rights > Order/Estimate Permissions > Disable Edit Order.
Added New Estimate/Invoice Templates to display Product Level line-item taxes.
These templates can be selected in the Management Module > Customers > Statements.

Note: These templates should not be used if you are using any 3rd-party sales-tax integrations.
General Fixes / Issues
The issues below were resolved in this release.
Corrected an issue that was preventing users from stopping the Job Activity clock in the Design Module.
