Enhancements / Refinements

  • Added the option to Email Customer Receipt for partial payments on the Customer Portal.

  • Added the option to Print Customer Receipt in the payment window. Found in Sales Module > Specific Order > Order Payment.

  • Added additional drop-down options to the Date Search field, located in the Sales Module > Queues > WIP > Date.
    - Past Due & Due Today
    - Past Due & Due Tomorrow
    - Past Due & Due this Week

  • Adjusted the value limit for inactive customers to fall between 1 - 36 months. Found in the Management Module > Customers > Tracking > Settings.

  • Added F8 shortcut key to laod the Sales Monitor. You can see a list of all the shortcuts by pressing ? on your keyboard.

General Fixes / Issues

The issues below were resolved in this release.

  • Updated the sort order on the Customers > Payments > Receive Payments page to use the the correct date format specified in the Management Module > Global Settings > Localization page.
  • Adjusted the Work in Progress by Order Condensed report to use the the currency specified in the Management Module > Global Settings > Localization page.
  • Adjusted the invoice view settings to remove extra spacing that would display when printing cloned invoices.
  • Resolved an issue with converted estimate alerts not triggering in all cases.
  • Fixed an intermittent error where the Address Info tab on Invoices was not populating.
  • Resolved an issue that prevented the ability to deactivate COGS accounts.
  • Fixed an error in CRM that prevented new contacts from being created if the billing contact was marked the same as the primary contact.
