Release Notes: January 13th, 2020

An update was released to all systems. Following are release notes related to new features, changes made to existing features and functionality, and fixes for previously reported issues. Enhancements / Refinements

  • Added the country of Malawi to the system settings. 
  • Enhanced the actual cash counting tool in the reconciliations. 
  • Adjusted the warning message on customer portal payments to read as follows "The balance due on this order has changed recently.  A new payment may have been recorded, or the order has been adjusted.  Please click “Okay” to refresh the page and verify the amount paid and balance due." 
  • Enhanced the report Customer Credit Terms, Limits & Usage  description to read " Lists customers by credit terms, credit limit, and credit balance.  Credit balance is the sum of open balances on active orders." 
  • Added the ability to set tax exempt status on the order view page when TaxJar is enabled. 
  • Adjusted the message when using TaxJar integration and the state and zip code don't match to read as follows "Please verify the State and Postal Code and try saving again." 

General Fixes / Issues

The issues below were resolved in this release.

  • Adjusted setup to require a user to save a machine before the layout manager can be utilized. 
  • Fixed an error with order alerts not displaying decimal points on the subtotal. 
  • Fixed an issue where you couldn't view the full text editor on the product view page in the production module. 
  • Resolved an issue with the free date range filter in the reporting module. 
  • Corrected an error with the total row on the sales given discount report. 
  • Adjusted the logic so if a contact is used on ANY estimate or order the contact is set inactive instead of being deleted. 
  • Fixes issues related to time stamps on the Customer Payments Report.
