Release Notes: February 17th 2020

Enhancements / Refinements

  • Refined the Pressero integration to automatically sync payments. 
  • Adjusted the module dropdown to be more cohesive. 
  • Extended the time before Estimate and Order drafts are deleted from 72 hours to 1 week. 
  • Added an Estimate Product Approved alert to trigger when an estimate is approved in the customer portal.  
  • Enhanced the F8 feature to include the hyperlinks to the detailed lists of payments for payments and refunds. 
  • Added quick links to create estimate, create order or create payment from the page. Additionally you can send customer statements when applicable. Found in the Sales Module > Customers > Specific Customer Page. 
  • Enhanced the Training Module to include a Go Live section and the option for a system admin to schedule their center's Go Live from the page. Please note this will only display for non-live centers, if you are currently live then you will NOT see the Go Live button. 

General Fixes / Issues

The issues below were resolved in this release.

  • Resolved an large file management upload issue.
  • Fixed an issue where the location filter on the Invoice Summary Report was not working as expected. 
  • Corrected a decimal rounding issue on the Income Category Goals page.
  • Changed the logo in browser tab icon to match the new logo. 
  • Adjusted the text in the Customer Payments report to be more clear. 
  • Fixed an issue where change request notes were duplicating in the Customer Portal. 
  • Removed the extra blank page on the Royalty Report. 
  • Resolved an error with the customer missing required information pop-up window. 
  • Fixed an issue where inactive customers where displaying when clicking the update primary and billing contact button. 
  • Corrected an issue where the company phone placeholder was not functioning as expected on the order built or order completed email notification.
