Release Notes: March 9th, 2020

An update was released to all systems. Following are release notes related to new features, changes made to existing features and functionality, and fixes for previously reported issues. Enhancements / Refinements

  • Added an "All Active" Queue to the Sales Module for an overall view. From this view you can toggle between all active products and all active orders. Please note this view does NOT include orders or products in the Estimate, Cancelled, Voided, Completed or Closed status.

  • Added "Estimate with Line Item VAT" and "Invoice with Line Item VAT" as available templates. These can be found in Management Module > Customers > Statements.

  • When creating a New Customer, the salesperson will default to the logged-in user if that user is a salesperson. 

  • Added a Quick Search Icon. This is located in the top right corner in CoreBridge, under the Module dropdown section. For more information about the Quick Search feature click on this Support Article

  • Added an "Order Notes" button to the "All Active" queue allowing users to add/modify Order Notes.


General Fixes / Issues

The issues below were resolved in this release.

  • Client Portal > Adjusted Balance and Amount Due logic to make it more clear to the customer what amount is due at this time. 
  • Queues > Corrected an issue where the Destination # did not match the Destination # on the order in some cases.  
  • Adjusted Clipboard Products so that Customer Change Request notes are not copied into the Design Notes. 
  • Adjusted the Notes section in the Destinations Built Queue to clearly state these are Destination Notes and not Order Notes.
