Release Notes: March 22nd, 2020

An update was released to all systems. Following are release notes related to new features, changes made to existing features and functionality, and fixes for previously reported issues. If you have questions, please contact our support department for assistance through our support site here or by emailing support@corebridge.net.

Enhancements / Refinements

  • Adjusted the Xero Detail sync to post payments as a "Prepayment" instead of an "Overpayment". This has the advantage of recognizing any deposits on orders in WIP & Built as a Current Liability on your balance sheet rather than as a contra-asset in Accounts Receivable, thus helping centers maintain a more accurate balance sheet. Please see this support article for more details and keep the following in mind:
    • Centers using Xero Detail Sync will have to create a new "Customer Deposits Liability" account if one does not exist currently.
    • Centers using Xero Detail Sync will have to potentially adjust their invoice prefixes to avoid any conflicts if they manually enter invoices into Xero.

  • Added the ability for users to adjust font size when editing email templates in Customer Communication.

  • Refined the Sales Monitor (F8 page) to be mobile optimized.

  • Added a user permission setting to control a users ability to set tax exempt status at the customer, order, and estimate levels. This can be set in the Management Module > Users > Specific User > Access Rights > Sales Module Settings

  • Updated the Company Name limit to 150 characters.
