Enhancements / Refinements

  • Refined the view of Voided Products within Order Entry to show in an inactive/grey state.

General Fixes / Issues
The issues below were resolved in this release.

  • Direct Order Link: Corrected issue with the Order History logging when the direct order link is accessed. 
  • Ecommerce Payment: Resolved an issue so users can refund an online Credit Card payment that originates from an Ecommerce Order. 
  • Email Alerts: Corrected an error where the "New Order" email alert was not functioning as expected for orders originating from Ecommerce. 
  • Order and Estimate Entry: Fixed the issues with the Customer Search within Order or Estimate entry. 
  • Sales by Volume/Frequency Report: Corrected the "An error has occurred during report processing" error message when trying to generate and export this report.
