Enhancements / Refinements

  • Enhanced the options for logos that are found in the Management Module > Locations > Manage Locations by renaming "Company Logo" to "Web Logo" for more clarity and added a new logo option called "Report Logo". The updated Web Logo is used in the Management System and Customer Portal on web pages. While the new Report Logo is used on reports such as Invoices, Estimates and Customer Statements and allows for higher quality resolution logos than before.

  • Updated the handling of over-payments to allow for more flexibility and control by the user. New functionality related to taking refunds on orders was added so over-payments now exist on orders, allowing users to refund at a time of their choosing.   Once an over-payment has been applied on the order the below message will appear instructing user how they can process the refund.
    From this page users are able to process the refunds.

    Important Note: This specific refinement will be rolled out in stages across all systems over the next two weeks.  

General Fixes / Issues
The issues below were resolved in this release.

  • Calendars: Corrected some display issues on calendars that were incorrectly displaying duplicates events if occurring on the 1st of the month and wrong date header when event views were expanded. 
  • Order Edit: Resolved an issue that was forcing users to edit orders when parts on an order were inactive.
