Enhancements / Refinements

  • Order Validations: Added a warning pop-up to indicate when an order does not have Order Origination assigned.  This warning will only display on systems requiring Order Origination

  • Customer Portal: Customer PO's associated to Orders or Estimates will display and be searchable in the Customer Portal.

General Fixes / Issues
The issues below were resolved in this release.  

  • Customer Communication: Resolved an issue where carbon-copied (CC) contacts on emails were not displaying in Order History located in Completed Orders > Order History > Email Sent Events.
  • Order Entry: Corrected an issue that allowed users to save part settings during order entry without completing all Required Fields. 
  • Order Entry: Fixed an issue where New Customer email addresses were not being considered valid during order entry.
  • Order Entry: Fixed an issue where the user could save an order without selecting Order Origination, despite it being a required system setting.
  • Reports: Fixed an issue that would cause the search functionality on reports to disappear after performing an initial search.
