Enhancements / Refinements

  • Alerts
    Enhanced the email alerts related to product note updates on draft orders or estimates to include more reference information in the alerts to make it more clear and easier to open the applicable order/estimate.

  • Customer Communication
    Added new placeholders for sales centers in the customer communication templates. This will give centers with multi-location systems more flexibility in branding and customization per location. Found in the Management Module > Customers > Communication > Available Placeholders > Category > Sales Center.  

General Fixes / Issues
The issues below were resolved in this release.   

  • Voided Orders: Corrected an issue related to voids where users could end up with duplicate invoice numbers.
  • Tax Jar Integration: Fixed an issue where editing a Completed/Closed Order would not properly void. This issue only occurred for centers with TaxJar Integration.
