V2 System - October 18th, 2021

An update was released to all systems. Following are release notes related to new features, changes made to existing features and functionality, and fixes for previously reported issues. Enhancements / Refinements

  • Account History: Added logs to Account History to track basic information about changes to Customer specific pricing such as updating a customer from Tier 1 to Tier 2 pricing, or adjusting Part or Machine specific pricing for a customer.
  • Offline Payments: Added the ability to make payments to more than (20) Invoices when using an OFFLINE payment method.  Users will still be limited to (20) Invoices for Online Credit Card payments.

General Fixes / Issues.
The issues below were resolved in this release.   

  • Completed Order Edit:  Corrected an issue where users weren't able to edit a completed order as expected.
  • Destination: Fixed an issue where printing an Invoice or Estimate was displaying the Customer Name instead of the expected Sales Center Name when using the Destinations feature. 
  • Order Entry: Corrected a display issue in Order Entry where the Part expand arrows could point in the wrong direction.
  • Report: Resolved an issue with the Built Summary report where Order Notes field could be too big to export to excel due to excel limitations.  The Order Notes field is now set at 10,000 characters.
  • Report: Fixed an issue with Sales by Part Category Report where the last day in the date range wasn't included in the report as expected.
