Enhancements / Refinements

  • Customer Portal Payments: Created some Help Text and Warning Popup in the Customer Portal when making Online Payments.
    • This is meant to provide users and their clients with more information about supported browsers when making payments.
    • Users can attempt to make payment in any browser, the prompt is for informative purposes only for users of older, unsupported browsers.
    • As such, Internet Explorer users will see a warning alert when they click "Make Payment" prior to the Payment window opening.

  • Customer Tracking: Added the ability to Delete, Edit and Change Parent Account that are not locked down by a franchisor to all the Customer Tracking Types (Industry Types, Origination Types, Customer Types, Master Account).

General Fixes / Issues.
The issues below were resolved in this release.   

  • Customer Portal Payments: Fixed an issue where Customers were not able to make payments in the customer portal using the Internet Explorer browser.  Important Note: We still do not recommend using IE to make payments in the Customer Portal.  However, our latest updates do make it possible.

  • Firefox Update: Fixed an issue caused by theme updates in the latest version of Firefox which led all active drop-downs to have a gray instead of white background.
