Release Notes: January 31st 2022

An update was released to all systems. Following are release notes related to new features, changes made to existing features and functionality, and fixes for previously reported issues. Enhancements / Refinements

  • Nexio and CloverConnect Payment Integrations: Centers can now test their credentials in Management Module > Global Settings >Services > Merchant Services > Manage Settings > Test Credentials.
  • Order Entry: Added a User Permission to restrict the ability to override pricing. This permission is called "Able to Override Prices in Order Entry".
  • Order Origination: Refined the settings associated with Order Origination tracking for more control and power. Found in the Management Module > Global Settings > Ordering > List Manager > Order Origination.
    • Users now have the option de-activate or delete the origination 
    • Users have better control over parent/child relationships
  • Reports: Added a new report for "Vended Invoice Summary Export" to Franchise reports tab.
  • Tax Exempt Reasons: Adjusted the settings associated with Tax Exempt Reasons tracking for more control. Found in the Management Module > Customers > Tracking > Tax Exempt Reasons
    • Users now have the option de-activate or delete the reason
    • Users can run the Customer Tax Exemption Status report if they need more details about their customer tax status. Found in the Reports > Customers / Receivables > Customer Tax Exemption Status


General Fixes / Issues.
The issues below were resolved in this release.   

  • Customer Flags: Corrected an issue with Customer Flags where they would not always appear as expected. 
  • Customer Update: Fixed an issue where centers were unable to update the Primary and Billing contacts for a customer from the Customer page.
  • Destinations: Resolved an issue with the warning symbol not appearing in some cases when products were not assigned to a destination.
  • Switch Part: Fixed an issue with no parts displaying.
