An update was released to all systems. Following are release notes related to new features, changes made to existing features and functionality, and fixes for previously reported issues. Enhancements/New Features.
Customer Search: Enhanced the system so if a user marks the checkbox to "Include Inactive" during customer search, the system will now remember the last setting. This means that if you prefer to always include inactive, you need only check the box one time, and the next time you load the Customer Search page, it will remember your preference.
Flags: Added a Order Notes Flag to Past Due and On Account Queues
This flag will indicate that there are Order Notes on the Invoice to help users track notes related to collections.
Users can also click the flag to more quickly access the Order Notes without having to expand the Invoice
Multi-Location Systems: Added the ability for users to assign Default Product Locations
This feature will not display on single-location systems
The assignment is optional. If nothing is selected, newly created orders will have all of their products assigned to be produced at the same location as the Sales Center on the order (meaning, it works like it always has)
This new option only affects newly created orders. Cloned orders will still copy production location from the previous order.
Users of multi-location systems can now assign a default production location for Products at the Location level
Part Proofs: Added the ability to clear Part Proofs from the Product View page.
Reports: Updated the Dormant Customer Report to hide (by default) all Customers with 0 transactions during the activity date range. Customers with 0 transactions are typically Customers that were Created during the activity date range but have never placed an estimate or order. This is still important information and can be accessed by turning off the "Hide" option on the report.
General Fixes / Issues. The issues below were resolved in this release.
Customer Communication: Fixed an issue with Email Multiple Invoices / Estimates feature where the attached zip file was empty when emailing.
