Release Notes: March 7th, 2022

An update was released to all systems. Following are release notes related to new features, changes made to existing features and functionality, and fixes for previously reported issues. Enhancements/New Features. 

  • Customer Tracking: Enhanced the ability to be able to enter up to 120 months for Inactive Customer Tracking settings.  Previously the max was 36 months.
  • Destinations: Updated Destinations ON Packing Slip for cases of In-Store Pickup.  The packing slip will now show the Sales Center name above the address instead of the Customer's name for Pickup Dispositions. This is only applicable for centers with Destinations enabled. To learn more about this functionality please click here
  • Reports: Added a new report "Sales By Customer By Month By Year". This report shows Sales By Customer By Month for a given year based on Order Completed Date. Additional columns include Customer Salesperson, # of Completed Orders and Total Sales. Customers with no sales are excluded from the report. The report is sort-able on all columns.

General Fixes / Issues.
The issues below were resolved in this release.   

  • Customer Creation:  Improved the validation of the company name and phone number when creating new users. 
  • Customer Creation: Fixed an issue where the user could inadvertently close the Create Customer popup inside of Order Entry with the keyboard ESC key.
  • Order Edit: Resolved a problem where users could encounter a "Waiting on Process to finish" error when going through a specific sequence of edit steps.
