Release Notes: July 4th, 2022

An update was released to all systems. Following are release notes related to new features, changes made to existing features and functionality, and fixes for previously reported issues. Enhancements / New Features

  • Customer Portal: Created a new Proof Approval Link for the Customer Portal. This link hides all pricing information in the Customer Portal so users can more easily approve estimate products or product proofs.

  • Merchant Services Integrations: Created the ability to enter empty credentials per location. This means if the credentials are empty, then the ONLINE payment option for those locations will be hidden. This allows users to take online payments at one location but hide the option at another.

  • Proof Approval: New feature allowing centers to automatically push the product due date when the proof is approved. This feature is dis-abled by default. The setting is found here: Management Module > Global Settings > Ordering > Due Dates

  • Refunds: Enhanced the refund ability so the system will  Auto-Refund Voided Payments. This allows users to refund voided online payments as credit card offline refunds. User should still be advised to process the void through CoreBridge.  Changes made in their Merchant Gateway will not be reflected in CoreBridge.

General Fixes / Issues
The issues below were resolved in this release.   

  • Destinations: Disabled the ability to adjust the destinations on Cancelled, Voided, Completed or Closed orders for Tax Integrated systems (TaxJar and Avalara).  If a destination adjustment is needed, they will have to Edit the Completed/Closed order.
  • Edit Payment: Resolved an issue where the center would get an error and be unable to edit the payment in specific circumstances.
  • Products: Resolved and adjust the following items related to updating products and product workflows: 
    • Fixed an issue when using Update All and only adjusting Design Due Date.
    • Dis-allow users from changing dates on Product with Hard Due Dates from Update All function.
    • Updated the date pickers to properly pick up Design and Product due times as a default when using Update All function.
    • Corrected some issues where a product sub-status change was not recorded in order history in certain circumstances.
    • General performance improvements and cleanup.
  • Product View page: Corrected an issue related to product status changes, email icons and invalid concurrency checks.  These issues were primarily happening in Firefox and not Chrome.
  • Refunds: Resolved some issues regarding the inability to easily refund walk-in clients. 
  • TaxJar Integration: Improved destination-based sales tracking for TaxJar along with improved reporting. 
  • Tax Integrations: Improved error messaging for Tax Integrated systems when the address entered is invalid.
