Release Notes: August 22nd, 2022

An update was released to all systems. Following are release notes related to new features, changes made to existing features and functionality, and fixes for previously reported issues. Enhancements / New Features

  • Added a UI identifier for Product File Management to indicate that files are present: Image
  • Work in Progress Grouped by Order/Product Reports:
    • Hard/Fixed due dates for Orders and Products will now display in Blue font color and with an * at the end of the date: Image
  • TaxJar Tax Liability v2: TaxJar sales tax liability report for the TaxJar integration, broken down by tax jurisdiction.  This is an updated TaxJar report with additional elements and an easier-to-read structure.  

    • The original V1 report will still be accessible.

General Fixes / Issues
The issues below were resolved in this release.   

  • Fixed an issue that would not allow completed and closed orders from being edited through Order Search.
  • Fixed an issue that prevented product details from loading in the Production and Design modules, resulting in an "Error on ProductionOrderView page - Value cannot be null" error message.
  • Improved customer name comparisons for customer search.
    • This should reduce matching failures during the customer search.
    • This does not impact the customer search during estimate and order entry.
  • When downloading a copy of the Invoice in the Customer Portal, the file name will now properly utilize the Invoice #.
  • Fixed an issue with editing payments which lead to balance issues on orders.
  • Fixed an issue in Production and Design modules where the Order View page would not load due to special characters in the customer PO# field.
  • Fixed an issue with legacy CMS integration which stopped customers from making multi-payments through the customer portal.
  • Corrected an issue with Order Edit where overridden Product Setup Fees were reverting to their previous amounts.
