Release Notes: July 3rd, 2023

An update was released to all systems. Following are release notes related to new features, changes made to existing features and functionality, and fixes for previously reported issues. Enhancements / New Features

  • A new column has been added to Destination queues for "Ship On", "Install On", "Pickup On", and "Deliver On" dates. 
    • These columns are optional, and can be toggled with a checkbox on the associated Destinations queue:
    • This column corresponds with the "Arrive On Date" that has been added as an additional field for Destinations: 
      • This is an optional field that can be used to denote anything from hard delivery dates, to projected dates, to secondary installations.
  • A Tracking Number field has been added for Destinations with the Shipment type:
    • If a tracking number is manually added to a Destination that already has an XPS tracking number, the manually added tracking number will be displayed on the Destination.
  • Destination Addresses are now more prominent in the Destination queues.
  • The Destination search field can now pull results for addresses fields.

General Fixes / Issues
The issues below were resolved in this release.   

  • Fixed an issue that was causing product substatuses to get lost if a proof was uploaded after the substatus was updated.
  • The Shipping Type column no longer appears on the Destinations Installation and Delivery queues.
  • Fixed an issue that was preventing In-Store-Credit from being refunded back to In-Store-Credit. 
  • Fixed an issue that was causing the Built date to not be removed from orders that were overridden back to the WIP status.
  • Fixed an issue with Order Level Queues where the Walk-In customer was not always displaying Order Contact information. 
  • Improved customer name searches in all modules.
  • Fixed a rare issue that was causing product information to not load on the Order View page of Design and Production modules.
  • Fixed an issue where Vendor Info was not displaying on the Product View pages when the "Is Vended" checkbox was in use.
  • Adjusted the text on the payment integration page to improve clarity.
  • Adjusted the instructions under Management > Domain > Domain Settings to provide more details about setting up custom URL's.
  • Fixed an issue that was stopping users from processing offline refunds in some rare scenarios.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed users to delete modifier formula components from the available components screen during formula creation.
  • Fixed an issue that would rarely cause clipboard products to show up under the Customer Quick Products section of the Sales module.
  • Fixed an issue that would rarely cause the Built date to not appear on orders that changed status due to voiding products.
  • Fixed a rare issue where imported Pressero products were importing with due dates of 01/01/0001.
  • Fixed an issue with the Order Completed automatic communication that could allow the attached PDF to display the order as if it were still in a previous order status.
