Enhancements / New Features

  • Credit Memos have been added to CoreBridge. To use this feature, navigate to Sales > Customers > (Customer Name) > In-Store Credit. In the right-hand margin of any history entry in which credit was added to the account, there is now an option to either download or email a credit memo for that added credit
    • .The default contact for an emailed credit memo is the customer Billing Contact.
    • A template for the credit memo communication is available in Management > Customers > Communication
    • A credit memo only displays information for an instance where in-store credit was added to an account. It is not meant to show a rolling total, complete history, or current available credit.
      • The Customer Statement should still be used to provide customers with a current total of available credit on their account.
  • A template has been added to Management > Customers > Communication for the "Email Multiple Invoices" communication.

General Fixes / Issues
The issues below were resolved in this release.   

  • Part Grouping is now correctly restricted to only parts that use the same measurement unit types.
  • Fixed an issue where the Bulk Update Grid was not triggering the Last Updated entry on the part information page.
