Products are shown in different queues based on their status, which users manually update to advance products through the workflow. The Sales, Design, and Production modules each have their own set of queues based on the specific actions performed in those modules.

Queues are organized on a product-by-product basis with two exceptions:

• The Past Due and On Account queues in the Sales Module are organized by invoice numbers. This allows salespeople to view and email invoices, as well as enter payments, without leaving the queues.
• When Destinations workflow is enabled, the Installation, Delivery, Shipping, and Awaiting Pickup Queues will be organized by the destinations on the orders, rather than individual products.

The Past Due and On Account Queues are organized on an order-by-order basis. Invoices located within the On Account queue are in a COMPLETED status but within their credit terms. Past Due invoices are beyond their credit terms.
