Workflow tracks the entire lifecycle of a product, from its initial concept to final completion. Statuses are assigned to show you exactly where a product is within the workflow process.

Order Statuses can be updated in several areas of your system, including Quick Search, Order View Screen, and in the Queues.
There are 5 Order Statuses in CoreBridge:
- WIP (Work in Progress): Products that are currently being designed or produced.
- BUILT : All work has been completed but the customer has not received it yet.
- COMPLETED : The customer has received the product(s) BUT the order is NOT paid in full.
- CLOSED : The customer has received the product(s) AND the order is paid in full.
- VOIDED : The product(s) been voided and is not counted toward any sales numbers.
Note: An Order in CoreBridge is not counted as a Sale and will not show up in Reports until it has a COMPLETED Order Status.
Note: If you are using the QuickBooks sync tool, Orders will not be synced to QuickBooks until it hits a COMPLETED status.
