There are 5 Order Statuses in CoreBridge:

• WIP : Work in Progress
• BUILT : All work has been completed but the customer has not taken possession
• COMPLETED : The customer has taken possession AND the order is NOT paid in full
• CLOSED : The customer has taken possession AND the order is paid in full
• Voided : The order has been voided and is not counted toward any sales numbers

WIP, BUILT, and COMPLETED order statuses all have several product statuses and sub-statuses that can be completely customized for your needs.  

An order in CoreBridge is not counted as a Sale (and will not show up in sales reports or AR reports) until it hits a COMPLETED order status.  

If you are using the QuickBooks sync tool, orders will not be synced to QuickBooks until it hits a COMPLETED status.
