CoreBridge makes it easy to offer customers multiple quantity options or variations for a single product within an estimate.
Navigate to Sales Module / Estimates / Create New.
1. Click Pricing Options during Step 2 of the Estimate creation.
This will open a pop-up allowing you to enter in new quantity options you would like your Customer to view.
2. Enter the Quantity Option amount.
3. Click Add.
a. The Product Quantities you have selected will display here. These fields are modifiable.
b. The price field is automatically calculated, but you can manually override it if needed.
c. Clicking the red X will delete this quantity option.
d. A reset arrow will be visible on lines where the price has been overridden. Clicking the arrow will reset the original calculated value.
4. Click Save & Close.
A new icon will now be visible indicating that Multi-Quantity options have been set for this product. By hovering over it, you can instantly see the pricing options that were entered for this product. Any prices that were overridden will be highlighted by a red flag.
After completing and saving your Estimate, the same Multi-Quantity icon will be visible on the Estimate View page. Hovering over the icon here will display the additional quantity options that have been entered for each Product on the Estimate.
When printing an Estimate to give to your Customer, these options will be clearly visible under the Product price.
Note: Additional quantity options are not included in the estimate’s total price. This allows you to present alternative choices to your customer without affecting the overall cost or creating confusion.
If a customer chooses a different quantity option before you convert the Estimate to an Order, you will need to edit the Estimate and update the Product quantity accordingly. This ensures the correct quantity and price carry over to the Order.
