Deleting a Contact in CoreBridge can help you keep your records clean and up to date. This article will cover the necessary steps.


Important Points

  • Every account must have at least one active Contact. If a Contact is the only one on the account, the system will not allow it to be deleted. 
  • A Contact set as the Primary or Billing Contact cannot be deleted until it is reassigned. For these contacts, the Delete option will be disabled and replaced with a greyed-out Deactivate button.
  • If a Contact is linked to an Estimate or Order, the Delete option will be replaced with Deactivate. See example below. 
  • Deactivated Contacts will move from the Active Contacts list to the Inactive Contacts section. 


Navigate to Sales Module / Customers and select the appropriate Company.


1. Select the Contacts tab.

2. Select the Contact to be deleted.

3. Click on Delete Contact.
