When approving art through the customer portal it may be necessary to review the proof more closely than is possible within a web browser. This article will show you how to download the proof so that you can view it outside of the web browser.

Accessing the Customer Portal
You can access your customer's portal at any time by clicking the Access Customer Portal link on the customer record as shown below.
Downloading Art Proofs in the Customer Portal
The process of downloading a proof in the customer portal is the same as downloading images or files from any website.
From the Customer Portal Order Details Page:
1. Click on the image to enlarge it.
2. Right click on the image and select Save Image As.

Note: You will then see a pop-up allowing you to enter a name for the image and where you would like to save it on your computer.
