When approving art through the customer portal it may be necessary to review the proof more closely than is possible within a web browser. This article will show you how to download the proof so that you can view it outside of the web browser.

When accessing the customer portal we recommend using one of our supported browsers:  Chrome or Firefox. However, other browsers such as IE, Edge, and Safari can be used unlike the Management System.

How to download an art proof in the customer portal

Downloading a proof from the customer portal is no different than downloading images or files from any other website using a web browser.

From the Customer Portal Order Details Page:

  • If the art proof is an Image file type, then right-click on the image and choose an option from the menu to save or view the image.


  • If the file is a PDF file type, then left-click the image to preview in a new tab or save the file. See image 2 below.
