The Reports Module provides a simple and efficient way to access and export key data from your system. From sales commissions and customer lists to detailed sales performance reports, users can quickly generate and download the information they need for analysis, recordkeeping, or sharing with their team. This centralized reporting tool helps you stay informed and make data-driven business decisions.
Navigate to the Reports Module and select the category.
Note: This article will use Customers/Receivables as the example.
1. Click Customers/Receivables.
2. Click Export Under Customer Phone/Address List.3. Use the filters to select the appropriate information.
4. Click View Report.
5. Once you are satisfied with the data in the report, click on the Save As icon and select the file format that your data will be exported into.
Some reports have versions that are specifically designed for exporting to Excel. These can be found by looking for the link that says Export, rather than Summary, Detail, or Generate.
