Using Customer Industry Types allows you to categorize Customers based on the industries they serve or represent. This classification makes it easier to organize your customer database, filter and search for specific customer groups, and generate more meaningful reports. By tracking industry information, you can also identify trends, target marketing efforts, and better understand your customer base.

Creating Custom Industry Types


Navigate to the Management Module / Customers / Tracking.


1. Select the Industry Types tab.

2. Enter the Industry Type Name.

3. Select a Parent Group if needed.

4. Click Add.




Editing Custom Industry Types


Navigate to the Management Module / Customers / Tracking.


1. Select the Industry Types tab.

   a. Click here to Edit the Industry Type.

   b. Click here to Delete the Industry Type.

Note: Parent accounts are locked and cannot be edited.
