Using Customer Industry Types allows you to classify customers by the kind of industry they’re in which makes it easier to sort through customers.

Creating Custom Industry Types

Industry Types can be fully customized by going to the Management Module > Customers > Tracking > Industry Types.

• (A) Enter the Industry Type Name.
• (B) Select a Parent Group if needed.
• (C) Click Add.
• (D) Click Edit to change a name then click Save.
• (E) Check the boxes of any types you want to delete.
• (F) Click Delete Selected Type to remove the types you have checked.
