Production Machines

To create or edit a machine, navigate to Management Module > Machines.


Reminders

  • Machines are associated to Parts; when Parts are used during order entry, you will be able to select from your list of associated Machines.
  • A Machine can have several profiles. A profile lets you control pricing factors related to the machine. 
  • Machines can utilize the Layout Manager during order entry.
  • Offset Press Layout Modifiers are only available with Sheet Fed Machine types with the Machine is an offset Press checked. 
  • Machine Cost per Hour should not include labor or any related disposable costs, these costs are captured on the machine profile.


Creating & Editing Machines


Creating and editing a machine looks essentially the same. To create a new machine in your system click "Create New Machine," to edit an existing machine click on the name of the machine you want to edit.
