Part Minimums help you maintain consistent pricing across your inventory by setting a minimum retail amount for each individual Part in your system. This feature ensures that no Part is sold below its designated price threshold, protecting your profit margins and maintaining pricing integrity. By defining a Part Minimum, you can prevent unintentional underpricing and ensure consistent retail pricing across different sales channels or transactions.


Important Details

  • All Part pricing calculations are performed prior to comparing against your Part Minimums. If the calculated retails are less than your Part Minimums, then the Part Minimums are substituted.
  • Modifier retail values are calculated and added independently.
  • Part Setup Fees are calculated and added independently.


Navigate to the Management Module / Parts / Parts and select the appropriate Part.


1. Click Part Settings.



2. Select Enable Part Minimums.

3. Enter your minimum prices.

4. Click Update.
