Duplicate Transactions


We are aware of this issue. It has several possible causes:

A) QuickBooks is not in single-user mode
B) There are open windows in QuickBooks when performing the sync
C) QuickBooks / Windows memory leak (meaning it looks like nothing is open in QuickBooks but there actually is)

To avoid the issue:

A) Make sure QuickBooks is in single-user mode
B) Make sure there are no open windows in QuickBooks when performing the sync
C) (Nothing the user can do. See fix below.)

To fix:

1) Delete duplicate QuickBooks entries
2) Close QuickBooks and any programs that need to be closed then Reboot Windows
3) Rebooting Windows will close out any memory leaks (they could occur again over time)
