When emailing Estimates, Invoices, or Statements from CoreBridge, you can attach additional files from your local computer (up to 20 MB). This allows you to include supporting documents, images, or other relevant files with your outgoing messages.
Important Note: This feature is limited to subscription packages that include File Management. For more information about File Management, please see File Management.
Additional files can be attached when sending:
- Estimates
- Invoices
- Statements
Navigate to Sales Module / Customers and select the appropriate Customer.
1. Click on the Email Statement icon.
2. Click on the Paperclip icon and select the appropriate file.
3. Click Send.
