CoreBridge is compatible with the latest version of Firefox and Google Chrome. While Firefox and Google Chrome are designed to update automatically, you may need to check your version number and update manually to ensure you have the latest version of these browsers.  

The Customer Portal can be accessed with most browsers, though some functionality may be limited due to browser limitations. For the best experience with the portal, we recommend using Firefox or Google Chrome.

Checking your version number 

  1. Click on the three dot icon, located at the top right of your browser
  2. Click Settings 

  3. Click About
  4. The version number will load and Google Chrome will check for updates

    • Google Chrome is up to date, a blue checkbox will appear

    • Google Chrome is not up to date, you will have the option to update
