Overview

This article covers the steps to import your Customer Data list from Cyrious into CoreBridge.


Saving your Cyrious SMS Customer Data

  1. All users must save their work and close out of Cyrious SMS.
     
  2. Log into the Cyrious SMS server computer to shut down the Cyrious SSLIP. This is done by right-clicking the SSLIP icon in the taskbar and choosing Shutdown.

  3. Locate the Cyrious SMS Data folder. 
    • For 64-bit Windows the default path is C:\Program Files (x86)\Cyrious\SMS\
    • For 32-bit Windows the default path is C:\Program Files\Cyrious\SMS\
       
  4. Right-click on the Data folder and choose to Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
    Note:  Please ensure that the .zip file contains all of the files in the Data folder.

  5. Rename the zipped folder to include the CoreBridge URL as this is how CoreBridge will identify your location.
    i.e., MySignBusiness Cyrious SMS Data.zip.

  6. You may now start the Cyrious SSLIP program. After which all users can reopen Cyrious SMS.


Saving your Cyrious Control Customer Data

  1. Log into the Cyrious Control server computer then log into Control as an administrator level user.

  2. Navigate to the Setup > System Setup > Backup Options section and note the File Path:  location and File Name.
     
  3. Within Control, click on File > Backup Database.
     
  4. Navigate to the File Path: location from the Backup Options section.
     
  5. Rename the newly created backup file (*.bak) to include your CoreBridge URL as shown below.
    i.e. MySignBusiness Cyrious Control Data.bak
     
  6. Right-click on the *.bak file and choose to Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder.
     
  7. You may now start the Cyrious SSLIP program. After which all users can reopen Cyrious SMS.



Preparing the Customer List for Import into CoreBridge

After you have successfully exported the files from Cyrious you should upload them to https://corebridge.sharefile.com/filedrop. Our team will extract the customer & contact data to prepare it for import into CoreBridge.
