This article covers the steps to import your Order History Data list from Casper into CoreBridge.
Exporting your Casper Customer Data
- Please reach out to our support department by emailing support@corebridge.net.
- They will arrange a time to share screens to pull the necessary data from Casper to import your order history informaiton
- Once our team extract the data they will send you confirmation tha they have tasked out the import.
- Once the import has been completed, CoreBridge Support will send you confirmation
IMPORTANT NOTE: You should not reach out to us until you have all of your orders in a CLOSED status, as we can only import closed orders.
