This article covers the steps to import your Order History Data list from Casper into CoreBridge.


Exporting your Casper Customer Data

  1. Please reach out to our support department by emailing support@corebridge.net. 
  2. They will arrange a time to share screens to pull the necessary data from Casper to import your order history informaiton
  3. Once our team extract the data they will send you confirmation tha they have tasked out the import. 
  4. Once the import has been completed, CoreBridge Support will send you confirmation


IMPORTANT NOTE: You should not reach out to us until you have all of your orders in a CLOSED status, as we can only import closed orders.
