The Customer Portal makes it easy for Customers to place repeat Orders by reordering directly from their Order History. This feature saves time by eliminating the need to re-enter product details, ensuring accuracy and convenience for both the Customer and your team.


Note:  Only Orders in Closed Status can be re-ordered from the customer portal.


Reordering from the Customer Portal

1. Click on History.

2. Expand the appropriate Order.



3. Click Reorder.



4. Click Reorder.



Note: This Order can now be viewed in the Orders list with the description Customer Portal Reorder.
