The Customer Portal allows customers to reorder items from their Order History.  

NOTE:  Only Orders in Closed Status can be re-ordered from the customer portal.

Reordering from the Customer Portal

  1. Navigate to the Order History page.
  2. Click on the order you would like to reorder.

  3. Click Reorder.

  4. A confirmation screen will appear. Click Reorder.

  5. You'll be redirected to the Order View screen for the new order.
