The Customer Portal allows customers to reorder items from their Order History.
NOTE: Only Orders in Closed Status can be re-ordered from the customer portal.
Reordering from the Customer Portal
- Navigate to the Order History page.
- Click on the order you would like to reorder.
- Click Reorder.
- A confirmation screen will appear. Click Reorder.
- You'll be redirected to the Order View screen for the new order.
