The Customer Portal allows you to make credit card payments on orders. A payment can be made on one or multiple orders from the My Orders screen. A payment on a single order can be made on its Order Detail page.  

NOTE:  If the Make a Payment button is not available, it means that credit cards processing is not currently integrated and payment cannot be made online.  

Making a Payment from My Orders

1. Navigate to My Orders. Click Make a Payment.
   
   
   
2. You will be redirected to the order payment screen. Check the boxes next to the order(s) you wish to make a payment on.
3. Edit the payment amount if needed.  
4. Click Make Payment.
   
   
   
5.  The Online Payment window will appear. Follow the instructions based on the window you see.  
   • Fill in the necessary details. Click Pay.
     
     
     

   • Fill in the necessary details. Click Submit Payment.
     
     

     
     

Making Payments from the Order Details screen.  

1. Navigate to My Orders. Select an Order.
   
   
   
2. Click Make A Payment.  
   
   
3. The Online Payment window will appear. Follow the instructions based on the window you see.  
   • Fill in the necessary details. Click Pay.
     
     

   • Fill in the necessary details. Click Submit Payment.
