When transitioning from SignVox to CoreBridge, it's useful to understand the differences in terminology and other concepts between the two systems. This side by side is intended to cover the most commonly asked about areas.


SignVOX CoreBridge
Substrates, vinyl, real estate frames, RTA vinyl, etc.
Parts - base component of building a product and usually are the primary driver of price
Accessories and Enhancements found under the setup tab
Modifiers - act to modify a part and have their own pricing options
Template Pricing - involves understanding burden rate, costs of ink, vinyl, substrates, labor rates, etc. and then adding a markup Cost Based Pricing - similar, but instead of markup, it uses margin, and the margins are optionally reduced for quantity breaks
Product Pricing - simplified pricing that assumes standard costs and a rate based on market conditions Market Based Pricing - price is set based on market conditions and optionally discounted for quantity breaks
Template Pricing and Product Pricing are separate pricing models
Pricing is determined by Parts and Modifiers that make up a Product (or Line Item).  Quick Products are saved products that can easily be reused during order entry and are similar to Template Pricing in SignVOX
Sales Lead Lead - normally accessed from the CRM area, but can also be found under the Customer area
Outsourced Is Vended - can be set at the product level on an as needed basis, pricing templates (used to calculate prices for parts) can also be configured to expose vended fields
Estimates that aren't converted are "LOST" Estimates that aren't converted are "CANCELLED"
Prefixes for jobs are: QT1234 or OR1234 or INV1234 Default prefixes are: EST-1234 and INV-1234 but can be customized
Job lifecycle: Quote, WIP, Invoice Job lifecycle: Estimate, Order (WIP/BUILT status), Invoice (Completed/Closed status)
Royalties/Taxes are triggered when converted to Invoice Royalties/Taxes are triggered when job reaches Completed status
Job Board - all in one grid for design, production, install, etc. Queues - separated out by responsible area, additional information, more efficient workflow
Morning Standup - uses Job Board Morning Standup - uses WIP queue in Sales Module or the queues in the Production Module, Production reports are also a resource for this
