After creating Users in the system, you can easily review their details, update information, and make changes to their as needed.

User Search Overview


Navigate to Management Module / Users / User Search.


a. To edit profile information click on that Employee's name.

b. View the Username here.

c. You can see when a User last logged into the system in this column.

d. If a User is online, the light bulb icon will be yellow.

e. You can activate or deactivate a User by clicking on the Status button.




Updating User Information


Navigate to the Management Module / Users / User Search and select the appropriate User.


1. Review and edit existing information as needed.

2. Click Save All User Settings.
