User Access Rights determine which Modules a User can access and what actions they are permitted to perform within each Module. Properly configuring these settings helps ensure Users have the appropriate level of access for their role.

Updating User Access Rights

Navigate to Management Module / Users / User Search and select the appropriate User.

1. Click on the Access Rights tab.

2. Select Administrative or Non-Administrative User.

3. Select a Predefined Role if desired.

Note: This will automatically fill in the permissions.

4. Scroll through the list of Modules in the left column and check any that the User should access.

5.If the User has access to a Module, check the boxes next to the specific activities you want to grant them permission to perform.

6. Click Save All User Settings.
