CoreBridge has a twitter account set up to serve as a communication tool to notify our users of service outages or issues with the CoreBridge service. We encourage all users of CoreBridge to follow so that you are updated as new tweets are posted. Please note that this account will only send notifications for system-wide issues.

Using Twitter on your Phone

How do I follow CoreBridge on Twitter?

  1. Download the Twitter app on your phone (iOS / Android). 
  2. Sign Up or log into Twitter (for additional help see below)
  3. Search @mycb_status or visit this link.
  4. Click the blue Follow button.
  5. This will now automatically set you up to see the CoreBridge Status Tweets on your Twitter feed.




How do I get Notifications on my Phone for CoreBridge tweets?

  1. Open the Twitter app.
  2. Visit the CoreBridge Status handle @mycb_status.
  3. Click on the blue bell icon located next to Following.
  4. Under Account Notifications choose All Tweets or your preferred setting.

Using Twitter on your Computer

How do I follow CoreBridge on Twitter?

  1. Visit twitter.com on your preferred internet browser (click here)
  2. Sign Up or log into Twitter (for additional help see below)
  3. Search @mycb_status or visit this link.
  4. Click the green Follow button.
  5. The icon should change from Follow to Following as shown below. You will now see all CoreBridge Status Tweets on your Twitter feed.


How do I get Notifications on my Computer for CoreBridge tweets?

  1. Log into your twitter account using the Google Chrome or Firefox internet browser.
  2. Click on the Profile icon, then select Settings and privacy from the menu.
  3. Click on Web notifications listed within the settings sidebar.
  4. Next to Turn on browser notifications, click Turn on. Please note, you can turn them off at any time by changing this setting.
