Drafts in CoreBridge make it easy to save your progress while creating Orders or Estimates. A Draft can be created once you’ve entered the Customer Information, a Description, and at least one Part, and it is retained for up to one week.

Creating a Draft


A Draft can be saved after entering Customer Information, a Description, and at least one Part.


1. Click Save to Draft.




Accessing Saved Drafts


Drafts can be found by hovering over Estimates or Orders and clicking on Drafts. Each Draft is retained for one week after creation.




Best Practice


When working on an Estimate or Order, it’s best practice to complete the entry and click Save Estimate or Save Order. You can then return to it later by selecting Edit to make updates before sending it to the Customer.
