In CoreBridge, Statuses indicate where a Product is in the workflow process. Substatuses provide more detail, allowing you to customize the workflow for each center. With the Persistent Substatus option enabled, a Substatus can remain in place even when the main Product Status changes, giving you more flexibility and visibility in tracking work.

Creating Substatuses


1. Navigate to Management Module > Global Settings > Product Status > Substatus

2. Enter a Substatus name.

3. Click Add.


4. Set the Substatus Availability. Check the box next to the status you wish the Substatus to appear as an option under.

5.  Click Save.



Persistent Substatus


Persistent Sub-status is an optional feature that keeps a Substatus in place when the Product Status is updated.


To enable this feature, navigate to Management Module / Global Settings / Product Status / Substatus


When the option is checked, Substatus will remain after a Product Status change, if that Substatus is available.
