In CoreBridge, Statuses are assigned to help you know where a product is in the workflow process. Substatuses are detailed product statuses that allow you to customize the workflow for each center.


Creating Substatuses:

  1. Navigate to Management Module > Global Settings > Product Status > Substatus
  2. Enter a Substatus name.
  3. Click Add.


  4. Set the Substatus Availability. Check the box next to the status you wish the substatus to appear as an option under.
  5. Click Save.
