In CoreBridge, Statuses are assigned to help you know where a product is in the workflow process. Substatuses are detailed product statuses that allow you to customize the workflow for each center.
Creating Substatuses:
- Navigate to Management Module > Global Settings > Product Status > Substatus
- Enter a Substatus name.
- Click Add.
- Set the Substatus Availability. Check the box next to the status you wish the substatus to appear as an option under.
- Click Save.
